Our offices shall remain closed from 2 p.m. of December 23rd to December 30th 2011.As always, we maintain and guarantee supervision and good performance of all active services; however, during our closure period, we won't process SMS recharges made through bank or post account transfers, nor answer administrative and commercial requests.
All online services shall of course remain available, as well as the SMS recharge service via Credit Card payment.
All SMS recharges requests made through bank/post account transfer and received after h 12:30 of December 23rd, will be processed starting from January 2nd.
