SMS Italia, the first open SMS provider in Italy specialized in creating automatic interactive services via SMS, voice and the Internet, has developed a new customer service for Ariston Thermo Group, global market leader in the heating and water sector with the brands Ariston, Chaffoteaux and Elco.
The service, made available in 2 languages (Italian and English, soon available French), allows customers to easily check the availability status of one or more spare parts, by making a simple phone call. All the customer needs to do is to insert the spare part code in order to receive, in just a few seconds time, all useful information regarding availability, prices and the eventual substitute code for the product.
“The interaction between SMS Italia and Ariston Thermo Group is a fast, safe and trusted interaction”, explains Emanuele Preda, CEO of SMS Italia. “In the case of a temporary technical anomaly preventing the interface to generate an answer under a maximum threshold, the call is terminated. This way, the customer is not left waiting on the phone for nothing”.
The new service, co-managed with SMS Italia, allows Ariston Thermo Group to answer the most frequent questions in real-time, thus leaving the operators free to manage more complex issues, for best time-saving and better customer satisfaction.
The service is available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
Therefore, at any time, every customer can know the status of the spare parts they need.
