Yes, it is. It is necessary to send an application by e-mail to the address mail@sms.it from the e-mail address used for the registration to the service that has to be modified. The application must include the login of access and the new e-mail of registration desired by the user. In case of impossibility of delivering such application - for instance because the e-mail of registration to the service is no more active - it is necessary to forward such application by sending a fax to the number (+39)02700404036, always pointing out the login of access and the new registration e-mail desired by the user.
